This is my most comprehensive package, designed for families who don't just want support during labour, but throughout the entire journey into parenthood.

During our preparation together, The You Decide Method™ is woven naturally into our conversations, helping you understand your options, ask the questions that matter and make informed decisions with confidence.

 

We'll explore your birth preferences, what to expect before, during and after surgery, and how you can create a positive and personalised birth experience that feels right for you.

On the day of your baby's birth, I'll be there to support you and your birth partner, helping you both feel calm, informed and reassured throughout the experience. My support doesn't end once your baby is born either, as I'll remain with you during your recovery before we later reflect on your birth together.
