VIRTUAL DOULA SUPPORT OPTIONS

Support, clarity, and steady guidance, wherever you are.

Virtual support is for women who want informed, grounded, emotionally attuned support through pregnancy and birth, without in-person attendance.

This is not rushed advice or surface-level reassurance. It’s relational, thoughtful support that meets you where you are and helps you feel steadier, clearer, and more confident in your choices.

Why Choose Virtual Doula Support?

Not every family needs their doula physically in the room to feel completely supported.

For many parents, virtual support offers everything they're looking for: experienced guidance, reassurance, evidence-based information, and someone who truly knows them, all without the investment of full in-person support.

Virtual support might be perfect for you if:

You live outside the areas I cover.

You're planning to birth with your partner or a close family member but still want experienced guidance throughout pregnancy.

You're having a planned caesarean and want help preparing beforehand.

You're confident you'll have excellent support during labour but want someone in your corner during pregnancy.

You're looking for expert advice without the higher investment of full birth support.

You simply want someone you can message when Google isn't giving you the answers you need.

The Benefits of Virtual Support

Although I'm not physically with you during labour, you'll still benefit from years of birth experience supporting women through all kinds of births.

You'll have someone to:

Help you understand your options and make informed decisions.

Explain medical language, procedures and guidelines in plain English.

Support you in preparing for appointments and advocating for yourself.

Answer the questions that pop into your head at 10pm.

Help you navigate unexpected twists and turns during pregnancy.

Celebrate the exciting moments and reassure you during the worrying ones.

Sometimes, having someone outside your immediate circle can make all the difference. Someone who isn't emotionally involved, has no agenda, and simply wants to help you feel informed, confident and supported.

A Different Type of Doula Support

Virtual support isn't a compromise.

It's simply a different way of working together.

Many families don't need me standing beside them in labour.

They need someone they trust throughout pregnancy.

Someone who can help them understand their choices, calm their worries, and remind them that this is their pregnancy and their baby.

If that sounds like what you're looking for, virtual support could be exactly the right fit.

The best way to start, is to book a Discovery Call with me

Her knowledge and support gave me the confidence to stay true to what I wanted for my birth.

She was absolutely instrumental in helping me ultimately achieve the intervention free VBAC I had hoped for, despite the “risk factors” attached to me by healthcare professionals.

And trust me, no one was more scared of birth or thought they’d never go into labour than me but Nat stood by my side (virtually) throughout it all.

I wasn’t sure how much I’d get out of virtual support but it was honestly the best money I spent (aside from the ££ private IVF to have my little angel 🥰🥰🥰).
