DOULA SUPPORT OPTIONS

This is about more than just getting through birth.

It’s about how you experience it, and how you carry that experience with

you afterwards.

Too many people go into birth hoping they’ll be listened to, hoping things

will feel right, and hoping they’ll be supported when it matters.

But hope isn’t a plan.

You already know this matters more than that.

Birth isn’t something to just get through or survive. It shapes how you see yourself, how you remember your baby’s arrival, and how you step into parenthood.

You don’t want to walk into it feeling unsure, overwhelmed, or holding unanswered questions in the back of your mind.

You want to feel clear, steady, and supported.

You want someone in your corner who sees you, hears you, and stays with you when things feel intense or uncertain.

And when you look back, you want to know that the decisions made were yours, and that you were supported to stay connected to what mattered most to you and your baby.

How I support you

The support I offer isn’t generic, and it isn’t built from a template. It’s personal, responsive, and shaped around you.

I offer high-level, one-to-one support before, during, and after birth, giving you continuity and consistency throughout.

My role is to bring a calm, grounded presence into your space, alongside clear and honest guidance that helps you filter through information without feeling overwhelmed.

I support you emotionally and physically, recognising that birth is not just something that happens to your body, but something you experience as a whole person.

I’m not there to take over or direct your birth.

I’m there to walk alongside you, offering steadiness, advocacy, reassurance, and support, so you can move through this experience feeling informed, supported, and in control.

Below you’ll find details of my three doula support packages, including C-section birth support, created to honour different needs, preferences, and levels of support during pregnancy and birth

Birth Presence Package This option is for women who want calm, continuous support through labour and birth, without a full antenatal or postnatal package. This is about more than getting through birth. It is about walking into labour knowing you will be heard, knowing you are at the centre of your experience, and knowing that whatever unfolds, you are supported and connected to yourself. You are not leaving something this important to chance. You understand that birth shapes how you remember yourself, your baby, and the beginning of your life as a parent. You want to step into labour feeling steady and supported, with someone in your corner who remains present when things feel intense or uncertain. And you want to look back knowing the choices made were yours, held with care and respect. What’s Included ✨ Birth Presence • Continuous support throughout labour and birth • Birth partner support throughout labour and birth • Calm, grounded presence • Emotional and physical support ✨ Preparation • One short birth planning call/video call - birth partners are encouraged to join if possible • Space to clarify wishes and priorities ✨ Availability • Basic on-call availability from 38+3 weeks • Immediate postpartum presence after birth This Package Does Not Include • Ongoing antenatal education or multiple sessions • Unlimited messaging or ongoing contact • Advocacy planning or detailed birth preparation • Extended emotional support or postnatal follow-up • Long-term relationship building throughout pregnancy Investment £1200

Caesarean Companion Support This option is for women planning a caesarean birth who want calm, loving support and gentle advocacy around surgery and early bonding. It is especially suited to solo parents or women who do not have a partner available to be present at the birth, but it is equally valuable for anyone who wants a steady, familiar presence in the theatre space. A planned caesarean does not have to feel clinical, rushed, or disconnected. With the right support, it can be grounded, meaningful, and emotionally held. This support focuses on emotional preparation, feeling calm and supported on the day of surgery, and having space afterwards to process and integrate the experience in a way that feels respectful and centred around you. You are not alone in this. You are supported, seen, and accompanied. What’s Included ✨ Emotional Preparation • One pre-birth conversation to explore hopes, concerns, and wishes • Gentle guidance on creating a calm, personalised caesarean experience ✨ Theatre Presence • In-person support on the day of surgery (where hospital policies allow) • Calm, reassuring presence before, during, and immediately after birth • Support with early bonding and those first moments with your baby ✨ Post-Birth Integration • One follow-up conversation to reflect on the birth experience • Emotional holding and space to process what unfolded This Package Does Not Include • Full antenatal education or multiple sessions • On-call support for spontaneous labour • Ongoing messaging or long-term postnatal support Investment £450

Financial assistance
I understand affording a doula is not always possible for everyone, so I offer the same support for a heavily reduced fee for families receiving Universal Credit each month. This is of course discretionary and the amount of families I can support at the reduced fee is limited throughout the year, please do get in touch if this applies to you and we can have a chat.

Availability
Because I work with a limited number of families and offer this level of personalised support, availability is always booked well in advance. If my support feels right for you, early contact is strongly encouraged.

Why my packages are structured this way

Birth is not a single event.

It is a process that begins long before labour and continues long after your baby arrives.

Some families want support only during labour. Others want guidance, reassurance, education, and emotional safety throughout their journey. My packages are designed to reflect these different levels of support. The more access you have to me, my time, and my expertise, the higher the investment.

This ensures I can give each family the depth of care they deserve, without burnout or overbooking.

I intentionally support only a small number of families each month.

Because birth deserves presence, not pressure.
