Pregnancy, Birth & Postnatal Services

Individual Support Sessions

Not everyone wants or needs a full package. Sometimes you just want focused, flexible support exactly when you need it most. That’s why I also offer standalone services designed to meet you where you are.

Whether it’s preparing for birth, navigating your rights, getting clarity in the middle of pregnancy, or finding calm in those early postpartum weeks, these sessions are here to give you reassurance, strength, and a clear plan forward.

Free Discovery Call

During this 30-minute call, we’ll take the time to talk about where you are right now, what you’re hoping for, and any questions you may have. It’s a chance for you to get a feel for me and the way I work, and for us to gently explore whether we’re the right fit for one another.

I want the families I support to feel genuinely cared for at every step. Whether you’re looking for support while preparing for your baby, during birth, in the early postnatal period, or throughout the whole journey, I’m there as part of your team, offering continuity of care and steady, compassionate support.

My approach is rooted in connection. I work closely with individuals and families to support emotional and physical wellbeing through pregnancy, birth, and the transition into life with a new baby. Being invited into this deeply significant time is a privilege I never take lightly. Supporting families in this way truly is the best job in the world.

Birth Debrief £60

A gentle space to process, reflect, and be heard

A birth debrief is a calm, supportive conversation where you are given the time and space to talk through your birth experience in your own way, at your own pace.

This offering is for women who have recently given birth and also for those whose births were months or even years ago. There is no time limit on when a woman may need to revisit her birth. Our bodies remember. Our hearts remember.

During a birth debrief, we gently unpack:

  • What happened during your pregnancy, labour, birth and immediate postpartum period

  • How you experienced those moments, not just what medically occurred

  • The thoughts, emotions and sensations that stayed with you

  • Any moments that felt confusing, overwhelming, upsetting or unresolved

  • Questions you may still carry about decisions, interventions or conversations

This is not therapy. It is not a medical review. And it is not about analysing what you should or could have done.

It is a judgement free, woman centred space where your story matters.

You are welcome to ask questions, revisit conversations, and explore parts of your birth that may never have felt safe to speak about before. Together, we gently separate facts from feelings, bring clarity where there is fog, and honour your experience exactly as it was.

Many women carry unspoken grief, anger, guilt, sadness or confusion after birth. Others simply want to make sense of their story before moving forward, especially before another pregnancy.

A birth debrief can support:

  • Emotional processing and integration after birth

  • Healing after a difficult, traumatic or unexpected experience

  • Making sense of interventions or decisions

  • Releasing self blame or lingering ‘what if’s.’

  • Preparing emotionally for a future pregnancy or birth

  • Feeling heard, validated and understood

There is no fixing. No minimising. No rushing.

Just you, your story, and a compassionate listener holding space for whatever needs to be spoken.

Your birth matters.

Your experience matters.

And you deserve to be heard.

"I just want to message to say thanks for the call. It really has helped me look at things differently. I was so scared the midwife would just ruin everything again but now I feel much stronger and confident to say what I want this time round.
It’s opened up discussions between me and Rob which is always a good thing. He’s starting to get on the same page, slowly but he’ll get there. Can I book another zoom for just you and him? I think it would be good if he does it alone so he can ask you any questions.
Send me the link to book it if that’s ok?!" Carly

Hey Nat. Just want to let you know i did it, she’s here finally.
It was literally perfect in every single way and I’m buzzing. She was born last night at 9.30 and weighs a whopping 9.9 😱Not the 6 they said she was. Hmmm
Just had gas and air and the comb. Not gonna lie i did scream for an epidural but she flew out 10 minutes later. You did say that might happen 😂 I was on the bed but on my knees holding the back. It was way too hard to stand up, how does anyone do that.
Honestly don’t think i would have the birth I had without our calls. It helped so much. Even tho all we did was laugh I did learn stuff I promise 😂😂

Thank you so much from all of us. Definitely will catch up soon xxx

We hired natalie for 20 hours of post natal help. She wasn’t our birth doula but she was recommended and local. Natalie was so helpful to us in the first few weeks, we had lots of short visits and she was able to help me with my awful breastfeeding problems and help around the house. We also have two other children and natalie took them out in the garden and for walks so that me my husband and baby could just rest together. I would defo recommend and tell all my friends planning babies to hire her.
