This is about more than getting through birth
Imagine walking into birth not hoping you’ll be heard, but knowing you will be.
Knowing that you are the one at the centre of your experience.
Knowing that, whatever unfolds, you will be able to look back and say, that was mine, I was supported, and I stayed connected to myself. Most people cross their fingers and hope for the best.
But you’re not here to leave something this important to chance.
You understand that birth isn’t something to simply endure or survive. It’s an experience that shapes how you remember yourself, your baby, and the beginning of your life as a parent.
You want to step into birth feeling clearer, steadier, and supported, not carrying unanswered questions or unspoken fears.
You want someone in your corner who truly sees you, hears you, and stays with you when things feel intense, vulnerable, or uncertain.
You want to look back knowing, without doubt, that the choices made were yours, and that you were supported to honour what mattered most to you and your baby.
How I support you
The support I offer is not generic or off-the-shelf. It is relational, intuitive, and deeply personal.
I offer:
• High-touch, bespoke support before, during, and after birth, shaped around you rather than a template
• Deep emotional and physical presence, because birth is not just something that happens to the body, it is lived through the whole person
• Clear, grounded guidance without fluff or overwhelm, helping you filter out the noise so you can focus on what actually matters to you
My role is not to take over or direct your experience, but to walk alongside you, offering steadiness, advocacy, reassurance, and care as you move through one of the most transformative times of your life.
Below you’ll find details of my three doula support packages, including C-section birth support, created to honour different needs, preferences, and levels of support during pregnancy and birth
Full Birth Doula Support £2,200
Perfect for first-time parents and families who want true continuity of support.
This package is for women and their families who want emotional holding, reassurance, and a steady, experienced presence throughout pregnancy, during birth, and into the early postnatal period.
This is not about being told what to do. It is about being supported, heard, and held while you explore your own choices, questions, and feelings about birth.
From pregnancy, I am alongside you through conversations, preparation, and ongoing connection. As birth approaches, I remain present and available, offering calm, grounded support when it matters most. After your baby arrives, I continue to walk beside you as you transition into early parenthood, helping you process your experience and feel supported in those first tender weeks.
You remain at the centre of every decision. I remain beside you.
Includes:

• The remaining balance can be paid in instalments, with the final payment due before 32 weeks’ gestation
• Antenatal sessions and ongoing support will begin once the full balance has been paid
C Section Birth Support package must be paid in full at time of booking

Financial assistance
I understand affording a doula is not always possible for everyone, so I offer the same support for a heavily reduced fee for families receiving Universal Credit each month. This is of course discretionary and the amount of families I can support at the reduced fee is limited throughout the year, please do get in touch if this applies to you and we can have a chat.
Because I work with a limited number of families and offer this level of personalised support, availability is always booked well in advance. If my support feels right for you, early contact is strongly encouraged.

Why my packages are structured this way
Birth is not a single event.
It is a process that begins long before labour and continues long after your baby arrives.
Some families want support only during labour. Others want guidance, reassurance, education, and emotional safety throughout their journey. My packages are designed to reflect these different levels of support. The more access you have to me, my time, and my expertise, the higher the investment.
This ensures I can give each family the depth of care they deserve, without burnout or overbooking.
I intentionally support only a small number of families each month.
Because birth deserves presence, not pressure.
