Hi, I'm Nat...
When I had my first daughter in 1998 and my second in 2017, I genuinely didn't know I had choices.
Like so many women, I believed birth happened to me.
Both of my births followed the standard NHS route because I didn't know there were other options or different questions I could ask.
Those experiences completely changed the direction of my life.

Today, I've supported hundreds of women and families through pregnancy and birth, helping them build confidence, understand their rights and make decisions that genuinely feel right for them.

Whether they're planning a hospital birth, home birth, birth centre birth, caesarean or freebirth, my role is never to tell them what they should do. It's to make sure they have the information, confidence and support to make the decisions that are right for them.

That's exactly why I created this free guide.

I hope it gives you the confidence to ask questions, understand your options and remember that your voice matters throughout your pregnancy and birth.
