Virtual support is for women who want an experienced doula in their corner, without necessarily needing me physically present at their birth. You might live outside the areas I cover, already have the people you want around you during labour, be planning a caesarean, home birth or freebirth, or simply want knowledgeable, independent support as you navigate pregnancy and prepare for birth.

And virtual support doesn’t have to mean committing to months of support. Sometimes you have one question, one decision or one situation that you need help making sense of. Other times you want someone who gets to know you, understands your plans and is there throughout pregnancy and when labour begins. That’s why I offer different levels of virtual support.

Sometimes You Just Need an Hour

My Power Hour is £60 for 60 minutes and is perfect when there’s something specific you want to talk through. Maybe you’re facing pressure around induction, questioning a recommendation, considering changing your place of birth, preparing for an appointment, trying to understand your rights or you’ve simply reached the point where Google is making everything feel more confusing rather than less.

You bring the question. We spend an hour on your situation, looking at what’s happening, what your options are and what you might want to do next. No generic presentation and no telling you what decision to make. Just a focused conversation designed to help you leave feeling clearer, calmer and more confident.

Sometimes, one hour can change the whole direction of your birth.

Want to Properly Prepare for Birth?

My Birth Preparation & Birth Planning Call is £90 for 90 minutes and gives us more time to really get into the detail.

This is your opportunity to explore the birth you actually want, understand your options and create or review your birth plan. We can talk about birth physiology, place of birth, pain relief, induction and interventions, informed consent and refusal, birth rights, the role of your birth partner, previous experiences, fears and anything else that matters to you.

It isn’t a generic antenatal class or a checklist I rush you through. It’s 90 minutes completely centred around you, your pregnancy and your birth.

Want Someone in Your Corner for Longer and Through Labour?

If you want more than a one-off conversation, I offer three Virtual Doula Support Packages, starting from £450.

These are for women and families that want continuity. Someone who already knows their story when something changes. Someone they don’t have to explain everything to from the beginning every time they need support.

​

Depending on the package you choose, this can include antenatal sessions, birth planning, a postnatal debrief, digital resources and ongoing WhatsApp and voice-note support

.

All three packages also include virtual on-call support from 38 weeks until your baby arrives.

​

Routine questions, updates and support remain within my normal working hours. But when labour actually begins, that changes. You can contact me 24/7 while you are in labour, so even though I’m not physically in the room, you still have an experienced doula there to support you as things unfold.
