This package is for families who are planning a home birth with midwives or an unassisted birth (freebirth) and want deeper preparation, more continuity and fuller support throughout pregnancy and birth.

It is the package chosen by many of the families I support because it offers the space, guidance and preparation needed to approach birth feeling informed, grounded and confident. If you are planning to birth at home, whether with midwives or unassisted, and want steady, experienced support throughout the journey, this is usually the package I would recommend.

Across our time together, we’ll spend over 8 hours in in-depth antenatal sessions. The You Decide Method™ is woven naturally throughout our work, so rather than simply creating a birth plan, we’ll explore your options, your rights, the evidence behind different choices and how to navigate the unexpected with confidence.

Each session builds on the last, helping you make decisions that feel right for you and your family. Alongside this preparation, you’ll have the reassurance of continuous support throughout your pregnancy, during labour and birth, and in those first precious hours after your baby arrives.

​​The Signature Birth & Beyond Experience £3,000

Ideal for families who want everything included in the Complete Doula Experience, with more time together, continued support after birth and the reassurance of knowing you are still being held through those first weeks at home with your baby.

This is my most comprehensive package. It includes the same in-depth pregnancy preparation, The You Decide Method™, continuous labour and birth support, and home-birth or freebirth focus as my Complete Doula Experience, but with significantly more support once your baby is here.

We’ll have extra time together throughout your pregnancy, giving us more space to prepare, explore your options, talk through concerns and build a relationship that feels familiar and grounded before labour begins.

And our work together doesn’t stop at birth.

Once you are home with your baby, you’ll have 30 hours of flexible in-person postnatal support during those first couple of weeks. That time can be used in the way you need it most, whether that is practical help, rest, reassurance, feeding support within my scope, someone to care for your baby while you sleep, or simply having another experienced pair of hands beside you while you find your feet.

You’ll also have 12 weeks of virtual doula support after birth, giving you somewhere to bring the questions, worries and moments of uncertainty that often come once everyone else has gone home.

That ongoing support can be invaluable during such a huge transition. I can help you make sense of what you are experiencing, talk through your options, signpost you towards useful resources and, where something falls outside my scope as your doula, help you identify the right professional or additional support to turn to.

You are not expected to suddenly have everything figured out because your baby has arrived.

Birth Space Support £1,600​​

Ideal if we’ve worked together before, or you’re booking doula support later in pregnancy for a planned home birth with midwives.

This package is specifically for returning clients, or families who are 36+ weeks pregnant, already planning a home birth with midwives and looking for experienced doula support for labour and birth.

Because you’re booking later in pregnancy, our preparation together is focused and practical. We’ll get to know each other virtually, talk through your birth wishes, what matters most to you and how you’d like me to support you when labour begins.

This package includes continuous support throughout labour and birth.

Whether your caesarean has always been your first choice or your plans have changed during pregnancy, you deserve to feel just as prepared, supported and empowered as any other family.

During our preparation together, The You Decide Method™ is woven naturally into our conversations, helping you understand your options, ask the questions that matter and make informed decisions with confidence.

We'll explore your birth preferences, what to expect before, during and after surgery, and how you can create a positive and personalised birth experience that feels right for you.​

On the day of your baby's birth, I'll be there to support you and your birth partner, helping you both feel calm, informed and reassured throughout the experience. My support doesn't end once your baby is born either, as I'll remain with you during your recovery before we later reflect on your birth together.
