Over 8 hours of in-depth antenatal sessions, The You Decide Method™ is woven naturally throughout our time together. Rather than simply creating a birth plan, we'll explore your options, your rights, the evidence behind different choices and how to navigate the unexpected with confidence.

Every session builds on the last, giving you the knowledge and practical tools to make decisions that feel right for you and your family.​

Alongside this preparation, you'll have the reassurance of continuous support throughout your pregnancy, during labour and birth, and in those first precious hours after your baby arrives.

The complete pregnancy, birth and postnatal experience.

Ideal for families who want continuous support from pregnancy through to those first precious weeks with their new baby, with the reassurance of never having to navigate this life-changing transition alone.

This is my most comprehensive package, designed for families who don't just want support during labour, but throughout the entire journey into parenthood.​

Just like my Complete Doula Experience, The You Decide Method™ is woven throughout every antenatal session, giving you the knowledge, confidence and practical tools to make informed decisions throughout your pregnancy and birth.

Every session builds on the last, helping you understand your options, prepare for the unexpected and trust yourself, whatever path your birth takes.​

The difference is that our journey doesn't end once your baby is born.

Instead of leaving you to navigate those overwhelming first days and weeks alone, I'll continue supporting your family with 30 hours of flexible postnatal care. ​

Whether you need practical help around the house, reassurance during those emotional early days, someone to care for your baby while you sleep, support with feeding, or simply another pair of experienced hands, I'll be there.​

Birth is only the beginning. This package is about supporting your whole transition into parenthood.

Whether your caesarean has always been your first choice or your plans have changed during pregnancy, you deserve to feel just as prepared, supported and empowered as any other family.

During our preparation together, The You Decide Method™ is woven naturally into our conversations, helping you understand your options, ask the questions that matter and make informed decisions with confidence.

We'll explore your birth preferences, what to expect before, during and after surgery, and how you can create a positive and personalised birth experience that feels right for you.​

On the day of your baby's birth, I'll be there to support you and your birth partner, helping you both feel calm, informed and reassured throughout the experience. My support doesn't end once your baby is born either, as I'll remain with you during your recovery before we later reflect on your birth together.
