Personal pregnancy, labour and birth support from someone who gets to know you before labour begins and stays beside you throughout your birth.
Every family is different
You might be planning your first baby or your fourth. You might already know exactly what you want, or you might still be figuring everything out.
You may be planning to give birth in hospital, at home, in a birth centre or by planned Caesarean. You may be preparing for a VBAC, considering induction or simply wanting more continuity and support alongside your standard maternity care.​

My support is personal to you, your pregnancy and your family. We'll prepare together during pregnancy, I'll get to know what matters to you, and when labour begins you'll have someone beside you who already knows you.

I've supported everything from straightforward physiological births to inductions, Caesareans, VBACs, homebirths, freebirths and births that changed direction completely.
There isn't one “right” way to give birth, and there isn't one-size-fits-all doula support either.

​Don't worry, you don't need to decide before we speak. During your free discovery call, we'll chat about your pregnancy, your hopes for your birth and the level of support that feels right for your family. If I'm the right fit, I'll recommend the package that best suits your needs.

Have you been advised to have an induction?
If you're 36 weeks or more and have been advised to have an induction, you may suddenly be thinking very differently about the support you want around you.
Even if we haven't worked together throughout your pregnancy, I may still be able to support you.
If I have last-minute availability, I can join you as your doula to provide emotional support, practical support and advocacy throughout your induction and birth — helping you understand what's being discussed, ask questions, communicate what matters to you and feel supported through what can sometimes be a long and overwhelming process.
You don't need to have had a doula throughout pregnancy to decide you want one now.

This is the package most families choose when they want the full doula experience — time together during pregnancy, ongoing support before birth and a familiar person beside them throughout labour.
We'll spend time together during your antenatal sessions getting to know each other and preparing for your birth. We'll talk about what matters to you, what you're hoping for, anything you're worried about and how you'd like to be supported.​​
The You Decide Method™ is woven naturally into our time together, helping you understand your options and prepare for the decisions that can come up during pregnancy and birth without turning your pregnancy into one enormous research project.

You'll also have ongoing contact with me, so support isn't limited to our appointments. When something comes up between sessions, you have someone you already know to bring it to.
Then when labour begins, I'll be there to support you and your partner continuously through your birth.
Ideal if you want the complete doula experience with more time together during pregnancy and continued support after your baby is born.​

This is my most comprehensive package.
​
It includes everything within the Complete Doula Experience, but gives us more time together during pregnancy and continues that support into the weeks after your baby arrives.​
​
We'll have additional antenatal time to prepare for birth, talk through anything that's worrying you and build the kind of relationship where, by the time labour begins, having me there already feels familiar.
You'll have continuous support throughout labour and birth, wherever you're planning to have your baby. And just like my Complete package, if your plans change, my support goes with you.​
But this package doesn't end when your baby is born.
You'll have 30 hours of flexible in-person postnatal support to use during those first weeks. That might mean practical help, rest and reassurance, feeding support within my scope, someone to care for your baby while you sleep, or simply another experienced pair of hands while you find your feet.
You'll also have 12 weeks of virtual doula support after birth, giving you somewhere to bring the questions, worries and “is this normal?” moments that often arrive once everyone else has gone home.
You aren't expected to suddenly have everything figured out because your baby has arrived.

This package is available whatever kind of birth you're planning.
A streamlined birth support option for returning clients, or for new clients booking from 36 weeks of pregnancy, subject to my availability.

Birth Space Support is designed for families who don't need the full antenatal support included in my Complete and Signature packages, but still want an experienced doula beside them for labour and birth.
It's available if we've worked together before, or if you're 36 weeks pregnant or beyond when you first contact me and I still have availability around your due date.
​
Because we're meeting later in pregnancy, our preparation together is shorter and more focused. We'll have a 90-minute online session to get to know each other, talk through your birth wishes, what matters most to you and how you'd like me to support you and your partner when labour begins.
You'll then have continuous doula support throughout labour and birth.​

​​Caesarean Birth Support £700​
Whether a Caesarean has always been your first choice or your plans have changed during pregnancy, you deserve preparation and support for your baby's birth too.
​
We'll spend time together before your birth talking through what to expect, what matters to you, your preferences for the day and any questions or worries you have.
​
A planned Caesarean doesn't mean you stop having choices. We can explore the things that may matter to you around the birth itself, meeting your baby, your partner's involvement, skin-to-skin, feeding and those first moments together.
On the day, I'll be there to support you and your partner before your birth and, where the hospital allows me to accompany you, during theatre and recovery. If only one birth partner can be present in theatre, we'll plan beforehand how you'd like me to support you around that.​
My support doesn't end once your baby is born. I'll remain with you through the immediate recovery period and we'll have space afterwards to talk through your birth and how you're feeling.
Caesarean birth is still birth. You still deserve to feel prepared, cared for and supported through it.
The Signature Birth & Beyond Experience £3,000

Payment of fees
​
Payments are made through a monthly payment plan, allowing you to spread the cost of your doula support across your pregnancy. The earlier you book, the more flexibility you’ll have.
​
A deposit equal to two monthly payments is required to secure your booking and confirm my availability. The remaining balance is then split into equal monthly payments, with all payments completed by 36 weeks of pregnancy.
​
For example, if your estimated due date is 19th May and you secure your booking on 30th October, you would pay your deposit followed by six equal monthly payments, with your final payment due by 10th April.

Financial Assistance

I keep a small number of reduced-fee spaces available for families receiving Universal Credit, to make doula support more accessible where the full cost may otherwise be out of reach.
​
These spaces are limited, offered on an individual basis and are always subject to availability.
​
Reduced-fee spaces are not available for the Caesarean Birth Support Package and cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion.
