Complete Doula Experience

For families who want comprehensive support throughout pregnancy, preparation for birth and continuous support when labour begins, wherever your baby is born.

More than support on the day of birth. We’ll have time during pregnancy to really get to know each other, prepare together and build the relationship that means when labour begins, the person walking through the door already knows you.
The Complete Doula Experience is for families who want more than someone who turns up when labour begins.
Throughout pregnancy, we'll have time to get to know each other properly. We'll talk about your pregnancy, prepare for birth, explore what matters to you and work through any questions, worries or decisions that come up along the way.

You might already know exactly what kind of birth you're hoping for. You might still be figuring it out. You might be planning a hospital birth and want additional continuity alongside your NHS care, preparing for a VBAC, planning a homebirth or simply wanting an experienced person in your corner throughout pregnancy and birth.

You don't need to have your whole birth figured out before you book me.
Through two in-depth antenatal sessions, ongoing WhatsApp and video-call support, personalised birth preparation and access to my resource library, you'll have consistent support throughout pregnancy rather than waiting until the final weeks to begin preparing together.
The You Decide Method™ is woven naturally through our time together, helping you make sense of information, understand your options and work out what feels right for you and your family.
By the time labour begins, we'll already know each other well. I'll know what matters to you, how you like to be supported, what helps you feel safe and how your partner wants to be involved.
And when labour starts, I'll be there to provide calm, practical and emotional support throughout your birth.
Hospital, birth centre, homebirth or plans that change along the way — my support goes with you.
This package is built around continuity, preparation and having someone firmly in your corner throughout pregnancy and birth.

"Natalie supported me through pregnancy and the birth of my baby boy very recently.
I was very determined on having a VBAC.
I had some medical risks and had to have a hospital birth and she was amazing.
She held my hand, kept me cool and reminded me of my goals when I mentally wanted to give up during transition in labour.
Her voice took me back to reality when my fears took over and she helped me achieve my VBAC.
I’m grateful for her and would recommend to anyone who wants non-apologetic support in their birth".
